Rubber Based Steel Recess Former Magnet is a new version of magnetic former for locating the spherical head lifting anchor into the position under the processing of precast production. Compared to standard
steel recess former magnet, it features light dead weight, but keeping same holding forces, which helps for reducing the burden of manual operations. The composition of rubber material is flexible, durable and reusable, also not easy to be stained with concrete. The fishtail on the bottom makes it much more easy to take off after concrete demoulding. Meanwhile, it could extremely protect the concrete edge of located hole from breaking up.
The rubber former magnet is shaped with a top hole for positioning the lifting anchor with
rubber grommet. The huge frictional force between rubber recess former magnet and rubber seal could assist the anchor from sliding and moving.
