Rubber Grommet (O-Ring) is used for fixing the spherical head lifting anchor pin into the
magnetic recess former. It's easy to be placed around of the anchor head and wedged int to top hole of former magnets, with functions of holding the anchor tightly. After concrete elements demoulding, the magnets will stay on the steel framework and the rubber grommet can be taken off for further use.
Due to the rubber material composition, it features much more flexible and re-usable characteristics. The outer gear shape could afford better shear force resistance. And also can prevent the concrete from pouring into the inside of precast lifting anchor magnets.
